Iptp is seeking a highly motivated Head of Sales and Revenue to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans, and build relationships with key stakeholders. In addition, you will analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Business Opportunity Identification: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  4. Customer Relationship Building: Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  5. Market Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or above in business or a related field.
  • At least ten years of commercial experience, with the last three years at the management level.
  • A proven track record of growing revenue through sales and marketing efforts.
  • Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Significant general management and P&L experience.
  • The ability to craft and execute a business strategy.
  • Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible, attention to detail, self-motivated.
