Sales and Marketing Director

The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited seeks an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives, focusing on the success of various events.
Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient event operations, aligning with business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report sales progress, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators.
- Strategically allocate resources to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends to enhance event offerings and marketing strategies.
- Evaluate client satisfaction by ensuring smooth event execution, fostering collaboration among internal departments.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to improve performance and deliver exceptional service.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in venue management is highly valued.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Chinese and Mandarin being advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing effective engagement with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in software applications, including Word, Excel, and database management.
- Strong leadership abilities, with an ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively.
