Nasdaq, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Enterprise Business Development Director to drive new business growth in Japan and additional markets.

The ideal candidate will aggressively promote and sell Nasdaq's Analytics Solutions to Asset Managers, Asset Owners, and Investment Consultants.

This is a results-driven role that requires excellent collaboration with internal stakeholders, including global leadership.

Key responsibilities include implementing sales processes and procedures, growing the business, and developing effective marketing campaigns.

A hunter perspective and skill set are critical for this position, as the successful candidate will focus on generating leads independently and following up on leads to build a sustainable pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working directly within the institutional investment management industry or experience selling into it.

Fuency in English and Japanese is required, along with the ability to learn technical and detailed aspects of product solutions.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can create and critically assess territory growth plans internally.

They will also have solid knowledge of the territory and sales pipeline through accurate forecasting.
