Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hong Kong. As a key player, you will drive significant revenue growth for Splunk by developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to provide value through our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • BUILD AND FOSTER STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS THROUGH PERSONALIZED CONTACT AND PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION.
  • LEAD PARTNERSHIPS WITH SALES ENGINEERING AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAMS TO DELIVER UNIFIED ENGAGEMENT AND MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER VALUE.
  • PARTNER WITH THE MARKETING TEAM TO ALIGN ON EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES THAT ENABLE PROSPECTING OF NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
  • DEMONSTRATE EXPERTISE IN SPLUNK PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, ADVISING CUSTOMERS ON SOLUTIONS TO ADDRESS THEIR SPECIFIC CHALLENGES.
  • FORECAST OPPORTUNITIES AND TRACK PROGRESS THROUGHOUT THE SALES CYCLE.
Requirements:
  • MINIMUM 5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SELLING ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS.
  • GOVERNMENT SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
