Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business objectives and sales targets, expanding the market segment, and establishing strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve business objectives and sales targets according to the company's priorities and strategies.
  • Expand the market segment by prospecting new client accounts and bringing in new leads or businesses.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and develop a sustainable network of customer base.
  • Display sensible judgment to best accommodate clients' needs while achieving business objectives.
  • Communicate and work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure smooth event management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality/Hotel and Catering Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant sales and commercial experience in event management, preferably 3 years in the MICE industry with event operations or venue management experience.
  • Strong network with corporations, luxury brands, consumer brands, PR agencies, event management companies, and corporate and special events organizers.
  • Self-motivated and able to demonstrate full ownership and accountability in assigned tasks/projects.
  • Diverse, flexible, organized, and result-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is HKD 60,000 - HKD 80,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
