This prominent Hong Kong-based integrated publishing group is seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead the growth of its education-focused business division.

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, leveraging your expertise in the education sector and student market. Your key objectives will include:

  • Leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Pursuing partnerships with educational institutions, student organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the company's reach and influence.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing to align sales efforts with the overall business strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach across all channels.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in leading and managing sales teams.
  • An in-depth understanding of the education sector and student market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese, with strong written and spoken communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, combined with a deep understanding of the education sector and a passion for driving business growth. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $HKD 180,000 - HKD 220,000 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
