Strategic Sales Director

Job Summary:
As a key member of the Prudential team, the successful candidate will collaborate with the SCB sales management team to drive sales growth and achieve key financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets in assigned regions/branches.
- Conduct field coaching and workshops to enhance the selling skills of SCB sales staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and facilitate after-sales support.
- Participate in pre-sales case studies and discussions to ensure effective deal closure.
- Analyse sales performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance or banking with at least 2 years in sales management.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
- Team player with passion and independence.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
