Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year. The compensation package also includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionAs our Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing business action plans and targeting specific segments and markets. You will personally manage new customer accounts and coordinate and supervise the sales development in the region. You will also manage regional CRMs, make strategic sales calls, and follow up with key customers to analyze sales funnel opportunities and data.
You will attend and present at key conferences and tradeshows to drive business development opportunities. You will work closely with our Hong Kong BD team to set sales targets and customize marketing campaigns. You will also communicate daily to weekly with our head office to report and provide consistency in company standards.
In addition, you will collaborate with our Marketing Department on regional marketing campaigns. You will set weekly goals and report to our head office, collaborate and work to reach goals. You will keep yourself informed about market trends and analyze competition landscapes for constant improvement and change of strategies.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need 5-7 years of experience in IT or Business Management fields. You will also need experience in managing a sales team. Good technical knowledge or the ability to quickly grasp key concepts and utilize resources is essential. Excellent writing and communication skills are also required. Additionally, you will need excellent command of each phase of the cycle of professional service sales.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business, or related work experience, is necessary. Fluency in English is mandatory. Intermediate fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus. You will also need to travel to nearby regions or major country regional expos and tradeshows. Bi-annual to annual international visits to our Hong Kong Head Quarter office may be required but are less frequent.
