Exciting Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving commercial targets.
About the Role
- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
- Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback to ensure the team is meeting its targets.
Your Background
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the IT Services and Software industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of the software development market.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
