Strategic Director of Sales Enablement

Salary
We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your experience and qualifications. Based on industry standards and considering the demands of this role, we estimate the annual salary to be between $120,000 to $180,000.
Job Description
As a Strategic Director of Sales Enablement, you will play a crucial part in developing and launching insurance marketing activities and products in the brokerage channel. Your primary focus will be on facilitating the life insurance business selling in high net worth (HNW) and mass affluent customer segments. This involves planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns, communications, and events to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop marketing strategies to effectively reach HNW and mass affluent customers
- Conduct portfolio analysis to identify business opportunities and optimize marketing efforts
- Develop performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and enhance existing ones
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business or Finance
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry
- Demonstrable track record of success in driving sales growth and improving market share
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
