Regional Sales Enablement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Enablement Lead to join our team in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RISE Hub, ensuring roles within the hub are aligned and working closely to support prioritized Member Firm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of RISE Hub day-to-day operations to ensure alignment and close collaboration with Member Firms and KDN resources
- Development and implementation of sales strategies for major digital transformation opportunities at a regional level
- Cultivation of relationships with senior leaders across KPMG firms throughout Asia Pacific to raise awareness of RISE services and drive adoption by local Member Firm pursuit teams
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales enablement and business development within complex global organizations. They must possess strong leadership skills, exceptional strategic thinking, and analytical abilities to identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with broader company goals and priorities.
A bachelor's degree in a related field and/or relevant experience is required. Fluency in English is essential.
