Job Description


We are seeking a skilled Global Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the China region.


The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales or business development experience and be fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the China region, focusing on Food Ingredients Global shows and Vitafoods Europe.
  • Liaise with event and sales operations teams to secure booth sales, digital sales, sponsorship/advertisement, and fully integrated packages for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain data quality using Salesforce System and adopt sales pipeline processes.
  • Support overdue payment collection for international customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with the events team to maximize floor plan utilization.

Requirements



  • University Bachelor's Degree from any discipline
  • Digital-savvy, open-minded with strong resilience
  • Experience managing relationships with international customers across various regions and cultures
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Salary Information


We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.


Working Arrangements


This role requires occasional travel and may involve working outside regular office hours.
