Global Sales Development Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Global Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the China region.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales or business development experience and be fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the China region, focusing on Food Ingredients Global shows and Vitafoods Europe.
- Liaise with event and sales operations teams to secure booth sales, digital sales, sponsorship/advertisement, and fully integrated packages for new and existing customers.
- Maintain data quality using Salesforce System and adopt sales pipeline processes.
- Support overdue payment collection for international customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the events team to maximize floor plan utilization.
Requirements
- University Bachelor's Degree from any discipline
- Digital-savvy, open-minded with strong resilience
- Experience managing relationships with international customers across various regions and cultures
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
Working Arrangements
This role requires occasional travel and may involve working outside regular office hours.
