Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads through customer relationship development, cold calling, and industry events
  • Develop brand and industry-specific knowledge to enhance sales performance
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts through strategic engagement
  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships
  • Deliver assigned sales campaigns against targets
  • Collaborate with Exhibitor Marketing teams to develop attraction campaigns
  • Manage sales information and customer requirements in Salesforce
  • Act as an informal mentor within the Sales team
  • Support overdue payment collection for accounts under management

Requirements:

  • University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5-8 years of sales experience, with minimum 5 years in new business development
  • Strong experience in managing international customer relationships
  • Proven ability to deliver revenue targets and generate new business revenue
  • Ability to develop relationships at senior levels and manage high-value accounts
  • Travel required

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM desirable
  • MS Office

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
