Strategic Sales Development Manager for Hong Kong Market

We are Classy Wheeler Limited, a US-based logistics market leader providing global supply chain solutions. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Area Sales Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting directly to the Sales Director in Hong Kong, lead a team to build and maintain effective business relationships with customers, ensuring a professional company image and quality customer service.
- Develop and execute business and sales strategies to achieve key business objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share, driving revenue growth.
- Lead and drive the team to achieve new business acquisition and sales KPIs, ensuring quality revenue.
- Monitor territory sales trends, prepare performance statistical reports, and make improvement recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to corporate standards and guidelines, initiating continuous improvement processes.
- Motivate and engage team members by providing direction, coaching, and training, maintaining a hands-on approach with major customers.
- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in sales & marketing, with at least 3 years in a people manager role, preferably in supply chain/logistics/transportation or multinational companies.
- Proven track record of driving sales achievements and business growth.
- Strong business acumen, good analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong team leadership skills in driving business performance.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
