About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our medical device sales efforts in Hong Kong and Macau.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth, expand market share, and increase revenue.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with company objectives, identifying key decision-makers, and stakeholders across each account.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring sustainable strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • University graduate in Science or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 6 years' proven sales experience within the medical devices industry, with at least 3 years' management experience.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the Life Science and/or Medical Device market.
  • Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstration of strong team-working skills, particularly in a matrix environment.
  • Good persuasive ability, planning & organizing skills, and proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: HKD 800,000 - HKD 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
