Sales Director for Medical Device Business Development

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead the growth of our medical device business in the Asia Pacific region.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in sales leadership, who can develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the medical device industry, with a proven track record of success in sales management, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' proven sales experience within the medical devices industry, with at least 3 years' management experience
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the Life Science and/or Medical Device market
  • Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills
  • Demonstration of strong team-working, especially in a matrix environment
  • Good persuasive ability and planning & organizing skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Compensation: Estimated salary HKD 800,000 - HKD 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
