The Consumer Sales Organization (CSO) at Microsoft is a global team responsible for sales across Devices & Creativity (Windows, Microsoft 365, and Surface) and Gaming. Our mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Devices and Creativity Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion in the Hong Kong and Taiwan regions. This role requires strategic planning, effective partner engagement, and collaboration across internal teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance Microsoft's presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute joint partner account plans with offline distributors to meet sales targets and ensure alignment with Microsoft's goals.
- Cultivate and influence e-commerce platforms to maximize business impact for Microsoft.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to expand Microsoft's presence in Hong Kong and Taiwan, aligning with overall company objectives.
- 12+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or related roles in the technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, including existing sales channels, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Strong partnership with HK/TW channels, with familiarity in HK/TW business.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and proficient in English communication in a multinational organization.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
