About the Role

As a Strategic Partner Account Manager for Devices and Creativity Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market expansion in the Hong Kong and Taiwan regions. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing joint partner account plans with offline distributors to meet sales targets and ensure alignment with Microsoft's goals.

Distribution Development

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate plan execution, SKU assortment portfolio, and promotional activities. Additionally, you will negotiate and execute programs and promotions with distributors, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating distributor relationships with Microsoft Supply Chain and Operations to ensure order book quality and forecasting accuracy.

E-commerce Platform Development

In this role, you will proactively cultivate and influence e-commerce platforms to maximize business impact for Microsoft. You will understand partners' strategies for business development and align Microsoft's seasonal plans accordingly. Your goal will be to drive growth initiatives and align transformation efforts with partner objectives.
