Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at foodpanda. As a key member of our Corporate Account Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth within assigned corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and develop strategies to increase product adoption and usage.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders within corporate accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or escalations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to address their evolving needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators, providing reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
