Account Manager Role Overview

At Pure Hong Kong, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and customer service objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 10 years of quota-carrying IT solutions sales and account management experience
  • Proven track record in selling enterprise software and cloud-based security solutions
  • Fluency in account planning and spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Established relationships with public sector IT management executives
