Job Overview

As a key member of the foodpanda team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion within assigned corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and develop strategies to increase product adoption and usage.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders within corporate accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or escalations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to address their evolving needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators, providing reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
