Job Overview

As a key member of the foodpanda team, the Strategic Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion within our corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Account Plans

Design and implement tailored account plans to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth within assigned corporate accounts.

Collaborate with Sales Teams

Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and develop strategies to increase product adoption and usage.

Maintain Stakeholder Relationships

Establish and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders within corporate accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or escalations.

Conduct Business Reviews

Regularly conduct business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to address their evolving needs.

Pursue Growth Opportunities

Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing corporate clients.

Align with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Stay Industry-Aware

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Monitor Key Metrics

Monitor and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators, providing reports and updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Experience

Proven experience in account management, preferably within a corporate or B2B environment.

Skills

Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels of an organization.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
