Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective Go-To-Market strategies for Haleon’s brands. Your strong sales acumen will be essential in driving brand consumption through insights from customers and shoppers. You will cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustainable sales and profit growth.

  • Develop sales strategies to meet annual sales objectives, achieving both sales volume and gross-to-net targets.
  • Design Go-To-Market strategies for Independent Drug Stores, focusing on customer and category segmentation to optimize business ROI.
  • Enhance channel profitability by formulating strategies that capitalize on business and profit opportunities.
  • Lead the team in fostering strong customer partnerships, implementing best-in-class category management principles to exceed market performance.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of the channel vision and strategy, guiding the team to achieve excellence in-store across all aspects.
  • Ensure that team KPIs are effectively coordinated and executed, with ongoing performance reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Actively seek new channel business opportunities to maximize potential coverage.
  • Build accurate forecasts for customers based on growth opportunities and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate effectively across functions such as trade marketing, supply chain, and finance to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure product visibility and availability in stores, executing displays and merchandising with efficiency and excellence. Conduct market intelligence to understand the competitive landscape and its implications.

Basic Qualifications

We seek professionals with the following essential skills to help us achieve our objectives:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Over 7 years of sales experience in Key Account Management.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Preferred Qualifications

If you possess the following qualifications and experience, it would be advantageous:

  • Experience in general trade within personal care, oral, skin, or nutrition categories is preferred but not mandatory.
