Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the finance team, ensuring the effective execution of financial processes and management of financial risks.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts, providing management insights and predictive models to inform business decisions.
- Cost Management: Analyze and optimize costs, developing cost models to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of statutory reports.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with business units to drive financial knowledge and discipline, providing business performance reports to enable business improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, managing key financial relationships with banks, auditors, and government agencies.
- Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related disciplines with HKICPA or other professional related qualifications.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years' experience in a finance leadership role, ideally coming from a background in Medical Aesthetic, Beauty and Wellness, Retail, FMCG, or Digital Platform in a similarly sized SME environment.
- Skills: Proven track record in a strategic and commercial finance role, with strong commercial acumen, ability to communicate with C-level on strategic context and implications, and influence C-level management decisions through effective communications and sound big data analysis.
