About the Role

As a key member of AIA's Group Strategy team, you will lead on projects and initiatives to develop and evolve the Healthcare strategy of AIA and its business units. Your expertise will be sought after by group functions to provide strategic advice and support on workstreams related to AIA's corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify new value pools in the Healthcare domain and provide high-quality insights and recommendations.
  • Formulate strategies aligned to long-term priorities for Healthcare, ensuring a deep understanding of the market and its trends.
  • Lead the analysis and prioritization of activities and investments to drive business growth.
  • Develop business cases to support new Healthcare initiatives and strategies, ensuring a strong commercial foundation.
  • Lead projects and select activities in Healthcare strategy formulation, commercial due diligence for transactions, partnerships, or new ventures.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in the strategy team to develop strategic narratives and presentations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the Strategy Delivery team on specific projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with market intelligence in the Healthcare space, identifying opportunities and challenges.

    Requirements:

    • Undergraduate and Master's degree or equivalent experience in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in business strategy, preferably at an Engagement Manager or Project Leader level from a top management consultancy firm or financial services.
    • Proven track record of leading successful project delivery and realizing business impact.
    • Extensive subject matter expertise across the Healthcare value chain, gained through multi-year experience at top industry players or top/specialist management consultancy.
    • Strong numerical capabilities combined with commercial competence.
    • Ability to structure communications for senior executive audiences.
