Job Overview

As a Senior Account Management Executive at foodpanda, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key retail and FMCG brand partners. Your primary objective will be to act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development
    • Represent foodpanda as an ambassador to key retail and FMCG brand partners, fostering trusted advisor relationships and driving business growth.
    • Activate a range of services, including compliance performance, promotional deals, and online marketing packages, to facilitate portfolio and revenue growth.
  • Account Management and Growth
    • Work closely with our strategic accounts to develop and implement online strategies and operations to maximize earnings from foodpanda mall.
    • Understand the pain points and challenges facing our strategic accounts and research and execute scalable solutions to address these issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders, including partner vendors, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
    • Work closely across Content, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive front-end enhancements, campaign participation, and demand generation.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management roles.
    • Ability to analyze and draw inferences from data.
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner vendors' needs.
    • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Language and Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese.
    • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
    • Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatory.
    • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce is preferred.
