Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Relationship Account Executive to join our team at HKT. As a key member of our Premier customer service team, you will be responsible for promoting and providing personalized quad-play products and services to our VIP customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing accounts to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive and achieve assigned business targets and key performance indicators with high quality of service.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with the latest insights and recommendations.
- Liaise with external parties on potential partnership and identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any discipline.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales and customer service field, preferable in sizable company.
- Relevant experience in Telesales / Insurance industry would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, positive, and customer-oriented manner.
- Good communication, project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
