Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Key Account Relationship Manager at nextRoles, you will be responsible for planning, initiating, coordinating, and executing promotional programs with the aim of maximizing sales for assigned accounts to achieve/exceed sales targets. This includes managing and controlling trade spend and discounts, building and maintaining solid business relationships with key accounts, and working closely with the marketing and trade marketing teams on program planning and execution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree holder in business or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in retail or FMCG business with CVS background, preferably in the Food & Beverage field. You should be self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results and achieve targets. Additionally, you will need to have presentable, outgoing, open-minded, team-player, good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, as well as proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint), with knowledge in SAP preferred. Immediate availability is preferred.
