Job Title: Commercial Account Manager - Key AccountsAbout the Role

KerryFlex Supply Chain Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager - Key Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, delivering sales growth, and building strong relationships with our business partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, including sales, gross margin, and volume.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and propose action plans to meet sales targets.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and make recommendations.
  • Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns, and merchandise displays in chain stores.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key accounts.
  • Prepare and present proposals to our business partners.
  • Demand forecasting and revenue management to improve trade expenditure efficiency.
  • Work closely with principals and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of sales or key account management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Solid experience in managing multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in leading key accounts teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in dealing with senior management and tendering processes.
  • Good track records in account management and pitching new accounts.
  • Good understanding of trade dynamics and category performance.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
