Strategic Sales and Key Account Manager

KerryFlex Supply Chain Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager - Key Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, delivering sales growth, and building strong relationships with our business partners.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, including sales, gross margin, and volume.
- Prepare sales forecasts and propose action plans to meet sales targets.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and make recommendations.
- Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns, and merchandise displays in chain stores.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with key accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals to our business partners.
- Demand forecasting and revenue management to improve trade expenditure efficiency.
- Work closely with principals and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- A degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of sales or key account management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Solid experience in managing multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in leading key accounts teams and driving sales growth.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in dealing with senior management and tendering processes.
- Good track records in account management and pitching new accounts.
- Good understanding of trade dynamics and category performance.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
