Overview

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Development Manager to drive new revenue growth in the public sector.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the public sector market and be able to develop strategic relationships with key clients. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and leading sales efforts to secure new contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new revenue growth in the public sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or related field. MBA preferable.
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT or ICT consulting, with 8+ years focused on the public sector.
  • Strong ability to architect value for clients.
  • Good sales acumen and communication skills.
  • Understanding of social styles technique to manage stakeholders.
  • Passionate about new technologies.
  • Initiative, customer-focused, independent, and able to work under pressure.

Estimated Salary: HKD $250,000 - HKD $350,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
