About This Role

At Bank of China, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Relationship Development Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for serving a designated portfolio of accounts and developing the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross-selling, and offering suitable corporate banking services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the Commercial Banking business segment.
  • Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross-selling, and offering suitable corporate banking services to existing customers.
  • Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team.
  • Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority.
  • Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support for junior teammates.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the Commercial Banking business segment.
  • Sound knowledge in corporate banking and treasury products/services. Experience in preparation of credit proposals/facing clients will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with the general banking operations and related regulatory requirements.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager.

What We Offer

As a Strategic Relationship Development Manager at Bank of China, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
