Talent Axis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring team members, collaborating with various divisions, and developing strategies to meet the company's revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor team members to achieve financial and business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other divisions, domestic, and international branches to facilitate cross-selling and manage risks effectively.
  • Strategy Development: Support the Department Head in creating, developing, and executing strategies to meet revenue targets, aiming to maximize profitability and minimize credit losses.
  • Client Engagement: Provide relationship management support by engaging clients at a strategic level to strengthen business relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Product Development: Periodically develop banking products suitable for the market, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Risk Management: Implement effective risk control measures to protect the company from potential losses related to AML, credit, operational, or reputational risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 2 years in management roles.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong marketing skills with the ability to sell banking services effectively in a competitive market.
  • AML Compliance: In-depth knowledge of AML compliance principles, credit risk, lending policies, and standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, people management, and marketing skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Network: Established network of relationships with corporate customers and financial institutions.
  • Language: Fluency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Salary Range:

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
