Role Summary:

The Assistant / Account Sales Manager is responsible for providing strategic sales support to assigned property accounts. Key responsibilities include developing strong partnerships with clients, creating comprehensive sales plans to grow market share, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to grow market share and generate business for the hotel
  • Identify and solicit new business opportunities, leveraging all available sales channels
  • Provide total account management support to assigned property accounts
  • Ensure business is turned over properly and on time for service delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years related hotel experience, preferably in Sales & Marketing Department
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and fluent in Mandarin
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and time-management skills
