Sales and Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team at Marriott International in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably in a senior role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits:
