About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Corporate Account Management team. As a Strategic Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth within assigned corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to address their evolving needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders within corporate accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or escalations.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing corporate clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels of an organization.
