Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at KerryFlex Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retail landscape and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of sales or key account management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player mentality.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools and technologies.
