Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate banking customers, with the aim of deepening and broadening relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers, focusing on building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve individual business targets and contribute to team performance, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive results.
  • Prepare credit proposals and approve credit facilities within discretionary authority, ensuring that all decisions align with the bank's risk management framework.
  • Conduct regular reviews and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality, maintaining a keen focus on risk management.
  • Cross-sell a range of banking products to existing customers, leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior members of the team, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline; or other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial institutions industry, with client-facing experience.
  • Passes in HKSI and relevant insurance licensing examinations preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with strong self-motivation and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • High level of dedication to delivering exceptional quality services to customers.
