Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Relationship Account Executive to join our HKT Premier team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and providing personalized quad-play products and services to our Premier customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing accounts to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive and achieve assigned business targets and key performance indicators with high quality of service.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with the latest insights and recommendations.
  • Liaise with external parties on potential partnership and identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales and customer service field, preferable in sizable company.
  • Relevant experience in Telesales / Insurance industry would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and customer-oriented manner.
  • Good communication, project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
