Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective Go-To-Market strategies for Haleon’s brands. Your role will involve leveraging customer and consumer insights to drive brand consumption and build enduring relationships with clients to ensure sustainable sales and profit growth.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual sales objectives, focusing on sales volume and gross-to-net targets.
  • Create tailored Go-To-Market strategies for Independent Drug Stores, optimizing store segmentation to enhance business ROI.
  • Drive channel profitability by identifying and maximizing business and profit opportunities.
  • Lead a team to foster strong customer partnerships, implementing best-in-class category management practices to achieve superior market results.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the channel vision and strategy, guiding the team to achieve excellence in-store.
  • Ensure that team KPIs are effectively coordinated and executed, regularly reviewing performance for continuous improvement.
  • Actively seek new channel business opportunities to expand market coverage.
  • Build accurate forecasts for clients based on growth opportunities and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including trade marketing, supply chain, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure product visibility and availability in stores, executing displays and merchandising with efficiency and excellence. Utilize market intelligence to assess the competitive landscape.

Basic Qualifications

We seek professionals with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Key Account Management.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in general trade within personal care, oral, skin, or nutrition categories is advantageous but not mandatory.
