We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting duties, including AP, AR, and GL functions
  • Assist in month-end closing and audit matters
  • Coordinate with relevant parties and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Perform general accounting duties and administrative supports
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma (or above) graduate in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
  • 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, and Accounting software
  • A self-motivated and responsible team player with good work attitude and communication skills
  • Meticulous, multi-tasking, and able to work within deadlines
