Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute tailored strategies to drive growth and profitability across assigned Strategic Key Accounts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including executive sponsors and senior commercial leaders
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute cross-stream business plans
* Develop and deliver high-quality client-focused strategies that drive positive impact and sustainable growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver bundled solutions that meet client needs and drive business value
* Monitor and report on client activity, competitor intelligence, and market trends to inform business decisions
* Leverage insights from our Insight and Segment teams to improve understanding of market context and strategic context

Requirements

* Significant knowledge and understanding of business strategy and goal setting and implementation
* Experience in a commercial role, preferably in a classification society or similar industry
* Fluency in Cantonese is preferred
* Demonstrable experience of leading Key Accounts, developing Key Account plans and strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and customer-focused mindset
* Ability to research and analyze market dynamics, interpret data, and determine likely outcomes and associated actions required
* Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within organizations and to influence successfully and openly at all levels
* Understanding of and capability to lead creation of business and financial value propositions
* Ability to understand and assess complex and sometimes unfamiliar situations, visualize solutions, and see through to resolution
* High-level cross-company and partner engagement skills
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop strategic action plans based on input from key persons
* Strong team spirit and ability to promote a team working environment across all areas of LR
* Strong sense of purpose, direction, and leadership
* Demonstrate motivational skills in directing colleagues to achieve business objectives
* Flexible approach to adjust role as the position develops and grows
