Senior Manager – HR Business Partnering

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- to long-term HR strategies to ensure business sustainability and success.
- Provide expert HR consultancy to internal business leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Design and implement annual manpower plans aligned with business needs.
- Evaluate and develop talent profiles and competencies for each business unit.
- Identify and leverage effective talent acquisition sources.
- Design and implement development initiatives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Conversant with Hong Kong Labor Ordinances and Statutory regulations.
- Prior experience in China HR management is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred.
