Strategic HR Business Partner for Regional Growth

Gravitas Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Company Overview: We are a leading recruitment agency with a strong presence in the region. Our mission is to provide top-notch recruitment services to businesses across various industries.
Estimated Salary: HKD 650,000 - HKD 800,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and bonuses.
The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled HR Business Partner who can build strong relationships with stakeholders across locations and drive key HR projects across the region.
- Act as a business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to the business.
- Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management, and talent development.
- Provide advice to leadership teams and people managers on the company HR strategy and agenda such as performance management, talent & development, compensation, etc., and implementing the related policies and processes.
- Enable a sustainable high-performance workplace including consulting on leadership, structure, culture, and talent management.
- Responsible for supporting the implementation of the organizational change agenda including transformational projects and restructuring.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of HRBP experience, ideally from a multinational firm.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across locations representing a solution-oriented way of working, collaboration, and ability to constructively challenge the status quo.
- Sound understanding of appropriate employment legislation and how to manage employee relations matters in accordance with policy & law, with demonstrable counselling and conflict resolution skills.
- Energetic and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to cultivate change and drive new initiatives across the business.
- Strong problem-solving skill and highly attentive to details.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
