">Our client, a prominent banking group based in Hong Kong, is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner/HR Director to lead their CORPORATE BANKING portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience from the banking sector, particularly in managing corporate banking functions.
">A Competitive Salary Package
">We offer a competitive salary package to attract top talent in the industry. Based on market standards and considering the seniority level required for this position, we estimate the salary range to be around HKD 800,000 - 1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Strategic Partnership: Forge strong relationships with business unit leaders to provide expert guidance on organizational strategy and people management.">
- HR Functions: Serve as a strategic partner across various HR domains, including workforce planning, career development, performance management, and employee engagement.">
- Cultural Transformation: Lead initiatives that drive cultural change within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.">
- Coaching & Mentorship: Support and challenge managers in applying HR policies, offering insights on complex HR matters to mitigate risks and enhance organizational performance.">
- Collaboration with HR Specialists: Work closely with HR CoE specialists and functional teams to champion and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices.">
- Project Leadership: Participate in or lead HR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.">
Qualifications & Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree or higher: In a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.">
- Minimum of 20 years of experience: As an HR Business Partner, ideally within the banking sector.">
- Strong business acumen: With a proven ability to influence organisational strategies.">
- Exceptional communication skills: Capable of engaging effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.">
- Proactive approach: Able to establish and maintain strategic relationships while remaining hands-on as needed.">
- Strong analytical skills: With the capacity to interpret data trends and formulate actionable recommendations.">
- Language proficiency: Proficient in English and Chinese.">
