Our company, a prominent international organization, is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner/HR Director to lead their Corporate Banking portfolio.

About The Role

  • Strategic Partnership: Forge strong relationships with business unit leaders to provide expert guidance on organizational strategy and people management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • HR Functions: Serve as a strategic partner across various HR domains, including workforce planning, career development, performance management, and employee engagement, driving organizational excellence.
  • Cultural Transformation: Lead initiatives that drive cultural change within the organization, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Support and challenge managers in applying HR policies, offering insights on complex HR matters to mitigate risks and enhance organizational performance, championing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaboration with HR Specialists: Work closely with HR CoE specialists and functional teams to champion and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
  • Project Leadership: Participate in or lead HR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience as an HR business partner, ideally within the banking sector, with strong business acumen and a proven ability to influence organisational strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders, with a proactive approach and the ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data trends and formulate actionable recommendations, with proficiency in English and Chinese.
