DBS Bank is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and success.
About You
We are looking for someone with at least 15 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering or generalist capacity. Your extensive knowledge of HR practices and processes, combined with your ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, will be essential in driving organizational change and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change and improvement
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
- Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
- Coach, support, mentor, and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices
- Partner with HR specialists and functional teams to champion HR initiatives and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices effectively
