Strategic HR Business Partner, VP Level for Financial Services

The Profile Group (HK) Ltd (a Wilson Company) is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their team in Hong Kong. As a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, you will drive HR initiatives that align with corporate goals and objectives.
About the RoleThis is a 6-month contract opportunity for a candidate who is available immediately. You will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, requiring a deep understanding of business objectives, talent management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Align HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead initiatives to ensure a high-performing workforce that meets current and future business needs.
- Cultural and Organizational Change: Drive cultural and organizational change initiatives, fostering an agile and inclusive workplace that embraces diversity and innovation.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support in complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Oversee the design and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and align with business priorities.
- Compensation and Benefits: Partner with compensation teams to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures that attract and retain talent.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives that support the organization's goals.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in HR processes and policies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR generalist/BP role, with experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience working in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect operational initiatives and activities with strategic objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
