We are seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to join our team at TalentQuest HR Limited as the Compliance Lead, Financial Services. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance functions across various business units, ensuring seamless adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • MIC and MLRO Oversight: Manage the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) position and oversee the Monitoring of Internal Controls (MIC) for Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
  • Compliance Advisory: Provide actionable guidance and advice on compliance matters to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of regulatory awareness.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory-related inquiries, inspections, and investigations, ensuring timely and effective responses.
About You

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
