We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Direct Channels team. Reporting to the Head of Direct Channels, you will lead and manage the team in training, support, and campaign management. Your role includes designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for customer service frontlines, ensuring efficient and quality service delivery. You will also provide support to the Customer Services Team, streamlining overall operations. Furthermore, you will oversee the development of campaigns for the Contact Centre, ensuring effectiveness and ongoing operation enhancement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, refresh, and review training materials regularly to ensure alignment with Management objectives and company KPIs.
