About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Promoting our products and services to customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers about our products and services
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
